We started in a small office in Riyadh, hosting a handful of local businesses. Ten years on, it's still a small team — just with a much bigger data center behind it.
Before WebHostingKSA existed, our founder was running a small e-commerce store and getting hosting support tickets answered — three days later, in English only, by someone reading from a script. The store went down twice during Ramadan sales.
That was 2015. The idea was simple: a hosting company run by people who actually understand Saudi businesses — bilingual support, servers close enough to matter for latency, and a team that picks up the phone. We're still holding ourselves to that.
We're not the biggest hosting company in the region, and we're not trying to be. We'd rather stay a size where the person answering your ticket actually knows what they're talking about.
Started with a handful of shared hosting servers and a two-person support team.
Moved off rented infrastructure and into our own Tier-III facility.
Arabic and English coverage around the clock, including Hijri holidays.
Retired the last spinning disks — every plan now runs on NVMe SSD.
Still a small team, still answering our own tickets, just with a lot more servers.
Four things we try to get right, every day, whether or not anyone's watching.
No "your ticket has been escalated" filler. We tell you what's actually happening, in plain Arabic or English.
Our infrastructure, our support team, our office — all in Riyadh. There's no offshore call center to blame.
Real engineers on chat and phone, not a ticket queue that takes three days to get to "have you tried restarting."
No teaser rates that triple on renewal. The price you sign up at is close to the price you'll pay next year.
A lot of "local" hosting companies in the region are reselling capacity from a data center they don't control. Ours is ours — which means when something needs fixing, we're not waiting on someone else's ticket queue either.
Redundant everything, so a single piece of equipment failing doesn't take the facility down.
Built to meet Saudi data residency and telecom regulatory requirements from day one.
Our own team physically walks the floor — not a remote contractor three time zones away.
We turn down business sometimes. If what someone needs is genuinely better served by a bigger, cheaper host, we'll say so — it's cost us a client or two over the years. We're fine with that trade.
The company-level questions, not the technical ones.
When the right person shows up, yes. Check our careers page, or just email us directly — we've hired more people off a good email than off a job posting.
Yes, for agencies and freelancers managing multiple client sites. Reach out through Contact and we'll set up a reseller account with your own branding.
With notice, yes — business customers can request a tour. We just need ID and a heads-up so security knows to expect you.
Mostly in what happens when something goes wrong. You get a Saudi-based engineer who understands your context, not a ticket that bounces through three time zones before someone reads it.
Company stuff, partnerships, or anything that doesn't fit a support ticket — this goes straight to a person.
Ask Us DirectlyWhether you're comparing hosts or just have a question, we're easy to reach.
