We tried to write this the way we'd explain it out loud — no ten-page wall of "heretofore" and "party of the first part."
By using WebHostingKSA's services, you're agreeing to what's below. If any of it seems unclear or you want it explained differently, email support@webhostingksa.com — we'd genuinely rather clarify than have you agree to something you didn't understand.
Creating an account, placing an order, or using any WebHostingKSA service means you accept these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have the authority to bind that company to them.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you notice suspicious activity, tell us immediately — the sooner we know, the faster we can help.
Prices are listed in SAR and exclude 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Renewals bill automatically to your saved payment method unless you cancel beforehand. If a payment fails, we'll try again and email you — services get suspended, not deleted, if it keeps failing.
Use of our services is governed by our separate Fair Usage Policy, which covers resource limits and prohibited content in detail. In short: no illegal content, no spam, no attacks on other networks, and no activity that puts other customers' service at risk.
We target 99.9% uptime, measured monthly, across our shared, business, VPS, and dedicated infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance where possible. If we miss the SLA, eligible plans can request service credit through a support ticket.
Daily backups are provided as a courtesy on applicable plans and are not a substitute for your own backup strategy. We strongly recommend keeping an independent copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
You can cancel anytime from your client area or by emailing support. New hosting accounts are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first payment; renewals, domain registrations, and add-ons are generally non-refundable once processed, since we're billed by the upstream registries immediately.
We work hard to keep things running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the issue arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits from downtime.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes get emailed to the address on your account at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that counts as acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly with our support team is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh.
