We collect less than you'd think, and we'll tell you exactly what and why — including your rights under Saudi Arabia's data protection law.
This covers what happens to your information when you use WebHostingKSA — as a customer, or just someone browsing the site. We've kept it in plain language on purpose.
The basics needed to run your account and provide support:
Every piece of data above exists to do one of three things: keep your service running, bill you correctly, or help you when something goes wrong. We don't collect data "just in case it's useful later."
Account data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it for their role, and every access is logged. Our data center follows the physical and network security practices detailed on our About page.
We use a small number of cookies to keep you logged in and remember preferences like your billing currency. We don't run third-party ad-tracking cookies on this site.
We share the minimum necessary data with a small set of providers: our payment processor, domain registries (required by ICANN/SaudiNIC for registration), and email delivery for transactional messages. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
Hosting data (your website files, databases, email) stays on servers physically located in our Riyadh data center. Account and billing records are processed in line with the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Under Saudi PDPL, you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we're not legally required to retain it (like completed invoices). Email support@webhostingksa.com to make a request — we respond within 30 days.
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus a period required by Saudi tax and commercial law after closure. Support tickets are retained for two years to help with future troubleshooting.
If we materially change how we handle your data, we'll email the address on file before the change takes effect, not bury it in a silent policy update.
Privacy questions or data requests go to support@webhostingksa.com, or use our Contact page.
